You give iPods to your floor staff and we automatically direct them to problems on the floor in real time. You give iPads to your supervisors and we enable them to proactively manage problems when they happen, instead of reacting to them minutes or hours later. It's really that simple!
Our Status Screen lets you manage employees on duty. Our Service Screen allows you to monitor all the active calls on the floor. I made this video using our test system. So employees have cryptic names like "Awkward Davies". Don't worry about that -- we'll let you use your employees real names.
Brian Says Dispatch is worth $12.50 / Slot / Month
Brian Hoeffner is the Assistant Slot Director. He's also a Pascua-Yaqui member. So when Brian says Dispatch is worth the money, he's speaking from the perspective of an owner in the casino.
Martin is a Slot Tech I at Casino del Sol. I caught up with him and talked about how easy it was to learn to use Dispatch.
Martin mentioned the thing he doesn't like about Dispatch is how difficult it is to hear calls. That's our number one complaint, and on June 18th we're releasing an upgrade to Dispatch which will allow the iPod to replace radios.
And so floor staff will be able to get rid of radios and use a single blue-tooth ear piece for voice-communication and Dispatch alert sounds.
Mark Dailey is Acres 4.0's Chief Software Architect. I know you probably won't believe how IT un-intensive our Dispatch System is. So if you like, ask me and I'll get you a customer contact to back him up.
